12 - 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, blend melted butter, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Reserve one quarter of the mixture for finishing during grilling.
02 - Combine chicken cubes in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and black pepper. Add the remaining cowboy butter and toss well, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
03 - Carefully thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers, spacing each piece slightly to promote even cooking.
04 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, rotating every few minutes for uniform coloration. During the final minutes, brush the skewers with the reserved cowboy butter for added flavor and moisture.
05 - Remove skewers from the grill and let rest briefly. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately, accompanied by grilled vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.

# Additional Information:
