# Required Ingredients:

01 - 240 ml milk of choice
02 - 30 g protein powder
03 - 170 g vanilla yogurt or 1 medium banana
04 - 2 tsp ground cinnamon
05 - 0.5 g salt
06 - Sweetener of choice, to taste

07 - 1 spoonful almond butter

# How to Make It:

01 - Use chilled milk and yogurt, or substitute yogurt with a frozen banana for extra creaminess.
02 - Place milk, protein powder, yogurt or banana, ground cinnamon, salt, and desired sweetener into a blender. Add almond butter if using.
03 - Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is thick and completely smooth.
04 - Pour the shake into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with additional cinnamon and granola if desired.
