Use chilled milk and yogurt, or substitute yogurt with a frozen banana for extra creaminess.

Place milk, protein powder, yogurt or banana, ground cinnamon, salt, and desired sweetener into a blender. Add almond butter if using.

Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is thick and completely smooth.

Pour the shake into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with additional cinnamon and granola if desired.
