07 - 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
08 - 1/4 cup milk of choice
09 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and optional ingredients like nuts or raisins.
03 - In another bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), eggs, applesauce, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
04 - Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
05 - Divide the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
07 - Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
