01 - 450 g chicken breasts, thinly sliced
02 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

→ Vegetables

05 - 1 cup (about 80 g) cabbage, shredded
06 - 1 cup (about 120 g) carrots, julienned
07 - 1/2 cup (about 30 g) green onions, chopped

→ Noodles

08 - 2 cups (about 120 g) crispy chow mein noodles

→ Sauce

09 - 60 ml soy sauce
10 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
12 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
13 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
14 - 120 ml chicken broth
15 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chicken broth, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
03 - Add sliced chicken breasts to the wok and stir-fry until the pieces are golden and fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
04 - In the same wok, add additional oil if necessary. Add shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and half of the chopped green onions. Stir-fry until just tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
05 - Return the cooked chicken to the wok with the sautéed vegetables. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture and stir thoroughly to combine.
06 - Add the crispy chow mein noodles and toss until everything is well coated and heated through. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
07 - Scatter the remaining green onions over the top and serve hot.

# Additional Information:

01 - Marinate the sliced chicken in a mixture of soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 to 30 minutes prior to cooking to enhance flavor and tenderness.
02 - Feel free to add seasonal vegetables such as bell peppers, snap peas, or bean sprouts for variety.
