06 - 55 g grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 15 g unsalted butter
08 - 1 clove garlic, minced
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

11 - 225 g cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
12 - 110 g shredded mozzarella cheese
13 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
14 - Fresh spinach or basil (optional, for topping)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Slice the French bread lengthwise into two halves. Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over each half of the bread. Toast the bread in the oven for 5 minutes until lightly crisp.
02 - Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic. Pour in heavy cream and whisk gently as it warms. Incorporate grated Parmesan gradually, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and thickened. Season with salt and black pepper, then remove from heat.
03 - Spread the Alfredo sauce generously over each toasted bread half. Arrange cooked chicken breast over the sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Optionally, top with spinach or fresh basil leaves for added freshness.
04 - Place the assembled garlic bread pizzas onto a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
05 - Remove the pizzas from the oven. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Slice and serve while warm.
