03 - 15 ml tomato ketchup
04 - 7 g grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 5 ml onion powder
06 - 5 ml garlic powder
07 - 0.5 g salt
08 - 0.5 g black pepper

→ Wrap and Toppings

09 - 5 medium wheat tortilla wraps
10 - 5 slices American cheese
11 - 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
12 - 100 g romaine lettuce, shredded
13 - Diced onions, optional
14 - Ketchup, optional
15 - Mustard, optional
16 - Mayonnaise, optional
17 - Relish, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook ground beef over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until mostly browned but still slightly pink.
02 - Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, grated Parmesan, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir thoroughly to combine.
03 - Continue cooking the beef mixture until fully cooked and no longer pink.
04 - Place a slice of cheese in the center of each tortilla. Spoon approximately 80 ml of the beef mixture over the cheese. Top with sliced tomato, shredded romaine, and desired amount of diced onions.
05 - Drizzle ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, or relish over the toppings as desired.
06 - Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, folding in the sides to secure. Place seam-side down on a preheated indoor grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill for 3-4 minutes until grill marks develop.
07 - Turn the wrap and grill the opposite side for another 3-4 minutes, until both sides are golden and crisp. Remove from grill and set aside.
08 - Repeat with the remaining wraps. Serve immediately while warm.
