→ Cookie Dough Filling

10 - 115 g unsalted butter, softened
11 - 110 g brown sugar, packed
12 - 50 g granulated sugar
13 - 5 ml vanilla extract
14 - 125 g all-purpose flour
15 - 3 g salt
16 - 90 g chocolate chips

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In a separate bowl, beat melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar until fully blended.
04 - Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients, mixing to combine. Stir in chocolate chips if desired.
05 - Drop rounded spoonfuls of brownie batter onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing 5 cm apart.
06 - Bake in preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until edges are set and centers remain slightly soft. Let cool 10 minutes on sheets, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
07 - Cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in vanilla, then gradually add flour and salt until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
08 - Once cooled, spread a generous layer of cookie dough filling onto the flat side of one brownie cookie and sandwich with another cookie.
09 - Continue forming sandwiches with remaining cookies and filling.
10 - Refrigerate assembled cookies for 30 minutes for a firmer filling, if desired.
11 - Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy.

# Additional Information:

01 - For extra decorative appeal, roll the sides of the sandwich cookies in mini chocolate chips.
02 - Ensure the brownie cookies are fully cooled before filling to prevent the filling from melting.
