# Required Ingredients:

01 - 450 g lo mein noodles
02 - 45 g unsalted butter
03 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
04 - 45 g brown sugar
05 - 45 ml soy sauce
06 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
07 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 15 ml sesame oil
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the griddle or Blackstone grill to medium-high heat, approximately 200°C.
02 - Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - In a small bowl, thoroughly whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil until fully integrated.
04 - Melt butter on the preheated grill. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until aromatic.
05 - Add the cooked noodles to the grill. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and toss to ensure even coating. Sauté for several minutes, stirring, until the noodles are heated through and glazed.
06 - Transfer noodles to a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

01 - Rice noodles or linguine may be substituted for lo mein noodles as desired.
