01 -
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
02 -
In a medium bowl, whisk together light mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, finely diced sweet onion, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, sweet paprika, and kosher salt until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate until required.
03 -
Using a rolling pin, flatten each hamburger bun half. Lay them in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Top each with a slice of American cheese and set aside.
04 -
Heat a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, coat with nonstick spray and add ground beef. Allow to sear undisturbed for 1 minute, then sauté, breaking meat into small crumbles, until thoroughly cooked and no pink remains. Drain off excess fat, then season with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
05 -
Place the prepared buns in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until the cheese melts.
06 -
Arrange the melted cheese buns on plates or in taco holders. Top each with a portion of cooked beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced onion, and diced dill pickles. Drizzle approximately 30 ml of Big Mac sauce over each taco.
