02 - 60 g breadcrumbs
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 small onion, finely diced
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
11 - 30 ml milk (optional, for extra tenderness)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and milk if using.
03 - Mix gently with hands or a wooden spoon until just combined; avoid overmixing to ensure tenderness.
04 - Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into even meatballs.
05 - Place meatballs evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Bake for 18–20 minutes or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75°C.
07 - Serve warm with preferred sauce, pasta, or as desired.
