# Required Ingredients:

→ Chicken Skewers

01 - 16 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
02 - 900 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
03 - 15 ml extra virgin olive oil
04 - 5 g paprika
05 - 5 g garlic powder
06 - 5 g kosher salt
07 - 2.5 g ground black pepper

→ Bang Bang Sauce

08 - 290 g mayonnaise
09 - 160 ml Thai sweet chili sauce
10 - 10 ml Sriracha, or more to taste
11 - 30 ml honey

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
02 - Thread 4 to 5 seasoned chicken cubes onto each soaked skewer.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
04 - Transfer half of the sauce into a clean bowl; reserve this portion for serving. Use the remaining sauce to brush over the raw chicken skewers.
05 - Arrange skewers in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 11–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.
06 - Transfer cooked skewers to a serving dish. Brush or drizzle with reserved bang bang sauce. Serve immediately.

# Additional Information:

01 - For oven preparation, bake skewers at 200°C on parchment-lined tray for 20–25 minutes, turning once. Apply sauce only after baking.
02 - If grilling, cook on medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes per side, brushing with sauce post-grilling.
