In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.

Transfer half of the sauce into a clean bowl; reserve this portion for serving. Use the remaining sauce to brush over the raw chicken skewers.

Arrange skewers in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 11–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.
