08 - 3/4 cup milk

11 - 1 cup mashed bananas
12 - 6 ounces fresh blueberries

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Line muffin tins with liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
03 - Mash the bananas with a fork or in a food processor until smooth.
04 - In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt using a fork or whisk.
05 - In a separate bowl, slightly beat the egg. Then add milk, oil, and vanilla, stirring to combine.
06 - Stir the mashed bananas into the wet ingredients until well combined.
07 - Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix well until combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
