10 - 240 millilitres chicken stock
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
12 - 100 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 80 millilitres heavy whipping cream

# How to Make It:

01 - In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced red onion and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
02 - Incorporate chopped parsley and minced garlic into the skillet. Mix thoroughly, add lemon juice and red pepper flakes, and stir to combine.
03 - Pour in chicken stock and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well, then integrate heavy whipping cream. Bring the mixture to a simmer for 1 minute, remove from heat, and allow to cool slightly.
04 - While the sauce cools, season chicken pieces evenly with kosher salt, smoked paprika, and chicken seasoning blend. Toss to coat thoroughly.
05 - Arrange chicken pieces in a baking dish and pour cooled sauce evenly over the top. Bake uncovered at 190°C for 1 hour and 45 minutes, flipping pieces halfway through to ensure even cooking.
